Key free cap covers mounting holes for a clean appearance. All fills and replacement caps except waste include attachment chain. Requires three #10 FH fasteners (not included). USCG regulations require bonding wire to prevent sparking. Use #10 FH fasteners. Cast 316 stainless steel.
